G Zone G · Client Portal

Your clients stop calling to ask what is in stock.

Each brand you store gets its own login. They see live stock by SKU and batch, order status, inbound ASNs, returns and invoices, under your 3PL's name. One brand never sees another's stock or orders.

How it runs on the floor

Client Portal, step by step.

  1. G1

    Invite the client

Create the client, set their users and roles, and send invites. Each user sees only that client's data.

  2. G2

    They send ASNs

Clients book inbound stock with an ASN instead of an email and a spreadsheet.

  3. G3

    They watch orders

Order status from received to delivered, with search by order number, customer or airway bill.

  4. G4

    They check stock

Stock on hand, reserved, on hold and near expiry, with reorder alerts they set themselves.

  5. G5

    They see invoices

Invoices with every line traced to its activity, and running charges if you turn them on.

What is in this zone

Built for the way 3PL floors actually work.

Stock and orders

Live stock, open orders, today's shipments and exceptions on one screen.

ASN booking

Clients create ASNs with SKU, quantity, batch and expected date. You confirm the door slot.

Alerts

Low stock, near expiry, receiving shortfalls and held orders sent to the client's chosen people.

Returns

Return reasons, condition and restock or write-off decisions recorded for each returned unit.

Users and roles

Owners, operations and finance users per client, each with the access they need.

API per client

Clients on connected plans can pull stock and push orders with their own API keys.

FLOOR NOTES
  • The portal runs on your own subdomain, for example portal.your3pl.com.
  • Clients can download stock and order reports as CSV any time.
  • You decide which data each client sees, such as running charges or pick-level detail.
Responsible AI and data

Clear rules for what the system does with your data.

Strict client separation

Each client's data is kept separate. One brand never sees another's stock, orders, rates or invoices.

Data belongs to you and your clients

Warehouse data belongs to the 3PL and its clients. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold.

Access you can review

Every client login and export is logged, so you can show a brand exactly who accessed their data.

Picker privacy

Clients see order and stock activity, not the names or pick rates of your warehouse staff.

Zone G questions

Asked at the client portal.

Q01Can each client see only their own stock?

Yes. Data is separated by client at every level. A user invited by one client cannot see any other client's stock, orders or invoices.

Q02Can the portal carry our 3PL brand?

Yes. Add your logo and colours and run the portal on your own subdomain.

Q03Is there a limit on client users?

No. Invite as many users per client as they need.
