How the meter runs.

Q01What counts as a client?

A client is a brand or business whose stock you store and ship, with its own stock ledger and rate card. Inactive clients with no stock and no orders in a month are not charged for that month.

Q02What counts as an order shipped?

An outbound order is counted once when its shipping label or dispatch document is printed. Returns, cancelled orders and internal transfers are free.

Q03How does the free client work?

Sign up and bring one client onto any plan's modules for 30 days. If you continue, you choose a plan. If not, you can export that client's data.

Q04Can we change plans later?

Yes. Move up at any time and the difference is prorated. Moving down takes effect at the next billing date.

Q05Do you charge for users or handhelds?

No. Every plan includes unlimited users, handhelds and client portal logins.
