F Zone F · Dispatch Desk

Every parcel scanned onto the right truck, every handover signed.

Packed orders move to their bay by courier and cut-off. At pickup, each parcel is scanned onto the manifest, the driver signs on the handheld, and proof of delivery comes back to the order and the client portal.

How it runs on the floor

Dispatch Desk, step by step.

  1. F1

    Sort to bays

Packed cartons are assigned to a bay by courier and pickup time. The bay screen shows what is ready and what is still packing.

  2. F2

    Build manifest

Each courier pickup or truck load becomes a manifest with airway bills, weights and carton counts.

  3. F3

    Handover

Each parcel is scanned onto the vehicle. Missing parcels are flagged before the driver leaves.

  4. F4

    Sign

The driver signs on the handheld. The signed manifest is stored as PDF and shared with the client.

  5. F5

    Track to delivery

Courier status updates and proof of delivery attach to each order.

Delivery status

Shipped, in transit, delivered and returned statuses on each order, visible to the client.

Returns

Return to origin and customer returns are linked to the original order and received at the inbound dock.

FLOOR NOTES
  • A courier can use one client's account or the 3PL's own account, set per client.
  • Parcels on hold for a scan mismatch cannot be added to a manifest.
  • Daily dispatch summary per client is shared automatically after the last pickup.
Zone F questions

Asked at the dispatch desk.

Q01Can we use the client's own courier accounts?

Yes. Set the courier account per client. Labels and airway bills use that account, and charges stay with the client.

Q02What if a parcel is missing at handover?

The manifest shows it as missing, the driver cannot sign until it is resolved or removed, and the order returns to the exception queue.

Q03Do you support e-way bills?

Dispatch documents carry the details needed for e-way bills on B2B loads. Generation through the government portal depends on your integration setup.
