Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website and the warehouse management platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have. In this policy, "we" means the provider of the platform, "you" means the 3PL business or person using it, and "clients" means the brands whose stock you store.

1. Data we collect on the website

When you sign up or contact sales, we collect your name, work email, company, role and the details you give about your warehouses, clients, order volumes and current software.

We record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to keep the website secure and working. We do not use advertising trackers.

2. Data processed inside the platform

When you use the platform, you and your clients put in warehouse data: SKUs, stock levels, bins, batches, ASNs, orders, shipping addresses of end customers, invoices and user accounts for your staff and your clients.

For this warehouse data, you are the controller and we act as your processor. We process it only to run the platform for you, as described in the Data Processing terms.

3. How we use data

To create and manage your account and send login details, to provide receiving, storage, picking, billing, dispatch and portal features, to respond to sales and support requests, to send service notices such as maintenance windows, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

AI Slotting uses your own order and pick history to suggest bin moves in your own warehouses. One 3PL's warehouse data is not used to make suggestions for another 3PL.

4. Warehouse staff data

The platform records which user performed each scan, so that stock records and exceptions can be traced. Pick-rate figures are used to plan waves and staffing. They are not used by the platform to rank or penalise individual pickers, and they are not shown to your clients.

5. Client separation

Each client's stock, orders, rates and invoices are kept separate. Users invited for one client cannot see any other client's data.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data or warehouse data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and courier or sales channel integrations you choose to connect, and only as needed for those services.

We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the security of the platform and its users.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access by our staff is limited to what is needed to support you, and is logged. Client portal logins and exports are logged so you can review who accessed what.

8. Retention

Website enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months after. Warehouse data is kept for the life of your subscription. After it ends, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted from live systems and from backups within a further 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

9. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain uses. End customers and client users whose data is in the platform should contact the 3PL that holds it; we will help that 3PL respond.

To make a request, use the Connect with sales form and choose Something else.

10. Cookies

The website uses a session cookie to protect the signup and contact forms against automated submissions. The platform uses cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies for advertising.

11. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify account owners by email before they take effect.
