Data Processing
These terms form part of the Terms of Service and cover the warehouse data that you, your staff and your clients put into the platform. You are the controller of this data and we process it on your instructions.
1. Scope
Warehouse data includes SKU and stock records, ASNs, orders, end customer names and delivery addresses, shipping and billing records, user accounts and scan logs.
2. Instructions
We process warehouse data only to provide the platform features you use, to support you when you ask, and to keep the platform secure. We do not use it for advertising and never sell it.
3. Client separation
Data is kept separate per client inside your account. The platform enforces that a client's users can access only that client's data.
4. AI processing
AI Slotting and wave planning process your own order and pick history to make suggestions for your own warehouses. Suggestions require supervisor approval before stock is moved. Pick-rate data is used to plan work, not to profile or rank individual staff.
5. Security measures
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, logged staff access, regular backups, and separation of production from test systems.
6. Sub-processors
We use sub-processors for cloud hosting, email delivery and support tooling. Integrations you connect, such as sales channels and couriers, receive the data needed for that integration under your instruction. Account owners are told of new sub-processors in advance.
7. Incidents
If we become aware of a breach affecting your warehouse data, we will notify the account owner without undue delay and share the information you need to inform your clients.
8. Return and deletion
You can export stock, orders, ASNs and invoices at any time as CSV. After your subscription ends, data remains available for export for 30 days and is then deleted, with backups cleared within a further 90 days.
9. Assistance
We help you respond to requests from your clients or their end customers about their data, using the export and deletion tools in the platform.
